I always very my workouts from week to week to keep them from reaching a plateau but latelly I have been wondering if I am using a little too much variation. Every week I have been using different lifts for each muscle group. I usually work back around to the same lifts every 3 weeks or so. Do you think this is too much variation? Could it be hurting me?

I don't think it could hurt you, but maybe it'll be a good idea to stay with the same weight for at least two weeks.

The main question is thou, do you get any gains with what you are doing?! If yes, well then that's what works for you, if no, yes, you have to rejust your program.

That's right..

if you are making gains then don't worry about it. If you get bored of varying your workouts, remember that ft exercise programs all vary every week.
