I am going on vacation for a week and will very little time to exercise. I will still do my cardio but don't know where to go from there. Does anyone have any ideas for me.

I'd suggest changing your fitness program on the site to the "at home workout" which will give you loads of exercises that can be done without a gym or equipment.

If you miss a week, it is not that big of a deal. Just hit it once you get back.

One week without exercise will not change anything but watch your food intake and you'll be fine.

what you can do also is call a gym wherey ou are vacationing to, and see if they will give you a temporary membership for a week. Me and my bud david are going to California and we found a gym out there that charged us 20 bucks to use their gym for a week.

why not stay at a hotel that has workout facilities...
that is usually free and you can do that at your convience.
