I am going to the Carribean in July with my Fiancee, and I want to lose the Little spare tire around my mid-section. It is the most stubborn area to tone. It just won't go down! I drink water all the time. My diet is pretty healthy, and I work out 5-6 days a week. Cardio for 25 mins every one of those days! What am I doing wrong?

You will really have to clean up your diet to shed the fat.

It's all about balance....... Needed calories and burned calories.
The diet will make you loose fat and the weight training will sculpt your body.

You might want to increase your cardio to 45 minutes.
