I am going to the Carribean in July with my Fiancee, and I want to lose the Little spare tire around my mid-section. It is the most stubborn area to tone. It just won't go down! I drink water all the time. My diet is pretty healthy, and I work out 5-6 days a week. Cardio for 25 mins every one of those days! What am I doing wrong?
