i know most guys want that "v-shape" back...i'm no exception. does anybody know of any exercises for that?

Build up your lats and shoulders...lose bodyfat so your waist is smaller...

do some reading around here,I am sure you can find info...

I'll give you this plan for "V shape" since it's working for me...

dumbell powerlifts
4 sets of 8-12 reps

inclined dumbell fly
4 sets of 8-12 reps

pullups
4 sets to exhaustion

20 mins of serious cardio

do 3 days a week with heavy weights Monday, light weights Wednesday, and medium weights Fri. Cardio Tues and Thurs. Weekends for recoup.

Don't forget to do the rest of your bodywork too. these exercises are just V specific. Hope it helps.

What exactly is a powerlift? Never heard of it.

Powerlift, sorry I should have called it the "clean and press" see link, same but with dumbells.

Also doing face pulls and rows helps proportion the back for a better overall look.
