Well in the past two weeks I have totally stoped all junk food intake. I have gotten past the sorness stage as well. I am now more pumped than ever before about working out. I have been having a hard time getting to sleep though. I am now turned completly around so I sleep in the day and awake all night. Lucky for me the gym is open so early in the morning. I am trying to get back to normal at the moment so I stay up an hour later everyday. I got tired of counting how many grams of what I need to eat each day so I got a new plan. I just eat foods that have the stuff I need and don't worry about counting. I just make sure that with every meal I get plenty of protine and carbs with as little fat as possable. I got no clue if I have lost any weight yet cuz I don't have a scale. I know I have more mass now, at least in my chest. Before it was pretty flat but now I can actually feel some muscle threw the fat. I also got me another tattoo to signify my life style change. All my tattoos are dragons but the new one is a dragon flexing his arm (pretty cool huh?). I got it put on my right calf muscle. Anyhow, I think things are going real well and I am always pumped and ready to workout though I think of it more as fun time than work.

And forget about the scale. It's how you feel and what the mirror says that count.
Good job!!!!

Sounds like you are doing great. Congradulations. Oh, don't worry about weighing yourself, you can always tell by the way your clothes fit. The scale can sometimes demotivate you, especially since you are lifting weights. Muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up the good job.
