I am a very happy camper today!!! After 6-weeks following my new program I had the following gains.

Weight 6 lbs
Arms 3/8th of an inch
Shoulders 1 1/2 inches
Chest 1/2 inch.

i am not sure if those are impressive numbers or not, but I am happy to see I am finally able to add size :)

Thanks guys. I am starting a 4-week arm/chest specialization phase that is designed to get better gains than the muscle gain cycle was. I am pumped to take measurements after this 4 weeks :)
