I have lowered my bf% to about 9-10% and my abs are finally starting to show though. (all that hard work finally paid off).
anyway my point is that the left side of my abs doesn't have the same amount of muscle as the right side. It dips in a lot more than the other side. Is there anyway to attempt to even this out, or just continue ab work as usual?

my right side is a little bit more defined as well....im thinking maybe its when you do exercises like situps you lean more to the right to get a burn or something? or maybe just because its your dominant side....who knows

hi guys
I just read your msgs. Its really nice to know you all have abs. I had them too but since i quit exercise and ate alot and got the tummy i miss them. I have started workingout for last one month and thank god am back in shape very fast never expected that. Still a long way to abs.
Anyways about your question uneven abs let me ask you one question. If you have abs means you been workingout from months you ever noticed the size difference between your right arm and left arm or the size diff of our chest or thighs??
normally there is diff of 1 inch in right and left arm. in the same way there is diff between right and left side of abs. nothing to worry about let them come out fully and you wont feel the diff anymore the way you dont feel diff between your arms and chest size.

Hey,
I have a favor to ask anyone who reads this.
My girl is overweight by a good bit. She is 5'9", and she weighs 240 pounds. I would like to know if there is anyway that she can lose 60 pounds, her goal weight, as quick as possible. I would like to get a reply from anyone who knows as quick as possible, because she just gets more and more depressed about it every day. I have her working out, but she gets discouraged. I don't want her to get too discouraged and give up all together, so can you please help me out! If you would like to send the information to my email, it is: Dark_Sycthe_4@hotmail.com
Thank you for your help,
Bryan

about the abs, guys i remember reading that you could expect those kind of things to happen. the pictures you re used to (like mags & stuff) are people that have those pics taken because they have perfect abs. you might be able to change your routine a bit to favour one side, but i think its pretty hard to (unintentionally)isolate one side and not know you are doing it.
