I havn't started my first routine yet, but I've been looking at some of the exercises ill be doing and some of them I don't have machines availible for. What do you suggest I do to replace them?
I'm doing the training at home and I have availible:
Hand weights (up to 80 lbs each)
Barbell
Incline bench that can turn into a standard bench
Getfit Ball
