Hey all...
I heard somewhere that doing twists especially in rapid movements can cause both hip and lower back problems.

Just thought I'd point this out

And the worse thing is when people do the twists VERY fast on those machines where you can put weight on.....
They don't control anything, just twist like mad people and YES they can injure themselves.

Twisting is brilliant for the obliques but with CONTROL!!!!
