I am in week 6 of my ab routine and i was wondering about twisting crunches. Is one rep up and to the right then down and up to the left? or is it counted as a rep each time i go up? I have been doing it so that i go up 30 times alternating which side i twist to. It is really tough to do that many. I've never had problems with the ab workouts to this extent b4. Is it just getting that much harder?
