2 questions:

which kind of tuna is better for you, tuna in brine,sunflower oil or water? some one told me tuna in oil is better as it contains all the amega oils, but its so fattening.

seconed q: with cardio which is better to give you an all over work out: cycling,treadmill or the stepping machien.

I would tell you to go with the tuna in water. Less calories from fat, and go with skipjack or albacore, as these are the smaller in species and contain only trace amounts of mercury.

If you combine all 3 of the above machines you will have a great calorie burning workout. The machine that that really gives a calorie burn is the elipticle machine or sometimes called "crosstrainer".
Hope this helps and good luck.

Um,

I eat tuna in water. The omega 3 fatty acids are in the TUNA, not in the oil lol.

To answer your second question, if you are willing to do all 3, then do them all, but on separate days rather than stick to one type all the time. Changing your cardio regularly will stimulate better cardiovascular fitness over time than stickin with just one type all the time (im a culprit, i like the bike hehe).

www.hussman.org talks about this i believe. Check it out.

I hate tuna........ I know it's suppose to be good for me but I don't even like the smell! (o;
Okey, if you are not as picky as me, then the word is to vary! If you prefer tuna in oil then eat that once in a while (just watch your fat intake for the rest of that day).
Cardio is the same; you need to vary to keep on getting results (and not getting bored!)

I hate tuna too, and what i stumbled onto accidently really helps (Some of u will think this is sick but its pretty good actually). I mix about 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese into the can of tuna, and it kills the tuna flavor almost completely!

It almost tastes like macaroni and cheese. Anyways, lol.

There's a similiar post around here somewhere that I responded to.

My trainer suggested SALSA w/your tuna. It's actually quite Yummy! You can barely taste the tuna! =)

I love tuna packed in oil. Have at least a can a day. But I drain the oil first for at least an hour. And I eat it right out of the can. 32g of protein for $.50.
