I was searching on the internet and came across this website. It takes TONS of measurements and gives you your body fat percentage, waist to hip ratio, a full body composition and more. I was wondering if people could try it and post how "accurate" it is.

I did it last night, and it seemed about right. It gave me a number that was reasonable and stated the right areas where to big and others where to small. Albeit, I have not been hydrostacticly tested, but it is in the range of what I have been told before. I think as long as you use the same method consistently than you will be able to see a trend.

I just check it out
got 29.6% there
here I get 26%
my scale says 29%

seems about right to me

I did like the measurements - that is good idea - anyway it could be put here?
