I bought 5 lbs worth of Cell-Tech that is grape flavor. When I drink it though (adding da recommended 2 scoops(98 g) of powder into 14 oz water), my stomach feels sick and I end up wanted to vomit. That feeling stays with me for about 4-5 hours. Is they anything I can do to get rid of the sick feeling? Is it ok if I use 1 scoop or would that just be a waste? Thank you

2 scoops may be too much, especially if you are new to creatine. This is 10 gr. of creatine. Try one scoop, which is 5 gr. Also only 37 gr. of sugars. I would suggest this after training.

Too late now, but you would have been better of purchasing regular creatine so you can load without the added sugars of celltech. Most people agree it's overpriced and the insulin spike it gives you isn't necessary or wanted except post-WO.

you don't have to load ...jsut take 5 g everyday and after 30 days it will be the same thing...and as deadhead said it's a waste of money...I bought 7lb lime flavor several times....then just started taking regular creatine with apple juice...works just as well...I also take it with D-ribose before workouts, seems to work even better...tho I heard D-ribose has not been shown to have any noticeable effects...placebo effect gotta love it....also don't take it on empty stomach...and don't take it with any caffeinated products like soda...or drink tea...you get the idea...
