My trouble areas are my arms and stomach region. Any advice on what is best to shape up the arms? Also, does any advice on how to stay motivated.

To 'shape up' anything, which I am guesing means less mush and more definition... you will need to do 3 things:

1) clean up your eating plan

2) Do some resistance training

3) Do some cardio
