Hello All, I'm new to this site. I need to lose around 40 lbs. I joined a gym about a month ago and am trying to establish a routine. I was thinking of doing this. Monday: Body Pump class Tues.: Treadmill or Elipitical trainer Wed.: Step class Thurs: Body Pump class
I need to know if it is enough to loose weigh effectively along with a proper diet. I'm thinking that I need to add another day of cardio since the Body Pump classes don't have cardio. Also is two days enough for lifting weights and are the Body Pump classes good enough or do I need to do more in the weight room.
welcome to ft erinth! try researching this site a little bit and get familiar with it. They have an excellent weight loss and toning personal exercise program that you can set yourself up on. just answer their questions and they will give you a whole workout routine for 8 weeks. they also have specialized programs for specific goals as well such as abs, glutes and thighs. hope this helps and good luck! we look forward to seeing more of you on here.
