hi mikey again with another question....i would like to know how 2 work on my triceps and chest when i work out at home..i have a bench n a bar bell and dumb bells...but i really wanna build my chest up and triceps...wat workouts can i do at home?
You could try dips. Put your hands on your bench and your feet on a chair and go down till you reach a 90 degree angle. If that's too easy, you can pile some weight on yourself.
