Hi folks,
I'm limited to training with dumbbells and an incline/decline bench. I've been doing shrugs for 2 months, and changed my workout today. The only other dumbbell exercise I know of for traps is upright rows, but having tried them today they're murder on my rotator cuffs, and there's no way I'm going to be able to use them in my new routine. Does anyone know another dumbell exercise specifically or predominantly for the traps?
