Hello, I was wondering if there were any ways for me to possibley get a little bigger. I am 18, about 133lb and 5'10. A skinney lankey little sucker. I don't have access to gyms nor money for free weights or machines. The fitness program only gives me the option for '12 week abs'... Any routines I could do to possibley get in a healthy condition within a month's time?
