I have a Physical Agility Test comming up in the next two weeks. I have to jog 1.5 miles in 14 minutes. I try not to jog/run a lot because of a previous knee tendon injury, but I can power walk it in about 24 minutes. Is their any way I can improve my timing, without blowing out my knee? I train 5 days a week, and have been lifting for 10 years now. I just need some advise.

Thanks
Chris

honestly I don't have an answer for you other than supporting your knee with some good wraps while training/running. good luck to you.

Another thing.... Why are fitness teats based on how fast you can run or how much you can lift?
