i have torn chest muscles, i dont get any pain or have any problems with my training. but i would like know if i can do any thing to repair them.

If you have an actual tear in your pectoral region.. SEE A DOCTOR! In terms of repairing the tissue.. all depends on how it heals or what surgery was done. In most cases.. scars and or deformaties of the muscle will remain.

No Pain and no trouble training ?????, I pulled what my Dr. called the right chest wall muscle, this was a pull not a tear. It hurt like hell it hurt just to breath for the first week, and was almost 7 weeks until fuly healed.
