Hey guys, I took a few weeks off from my steady routine. I completed my 8wk program and have noticed some real gains. I initially was planning on only taking a week off but I was shopping for a new vehicle which consumed most of my after-work time. Well, I bought my new vehicle and now I am starting it up again. This time another 8week program at intermediate level. For anyone who is just starting out, take it from me the programs here really do show results and if you stick to it you WILL keep coming back!
