If you have time for unhealthy snacks, you have time for healthy mini-meals. start switching over to healthier foods, swap your soda for diet soda and water, crystal lite, flavored waters, etc.
Sit down and write out your entire day from wake to bed abd figure out how you can organize it better. If it really is that hectic and you are so overwhelmed, it may be time to tell your husband you need help. Hire an assitant or part-time secretary to help reduce your workload.
Try fitting in a 10 minute walk or quiet time just for yourself once a day - either a nice, relaxing walk with some of your favorite music on headphones, or a quiet sit-down time where you just breath and relax - either of these will reduce your stress and help incrase your energy levels.
Once you have worked these small changes into your schedule/life you may find that you are feeling a lot better and want to get even healthier - it is up to you.
Good luck!
