I was wondering if anyone knew of some good ways to tone my legs. I used to horseback ride all the time (hunter/jumper), so i had pretty musculat legs. Now i dont ride much anymore that muscle seems to just be fat, and i'm not lookng forward to wearing shorts in the summer. I've only been working out in the gym for a month now, just really starting to get into this fitness stuff. I've had no problem toning my upper body, but I don't feel like I am making any progress in my legs/thighs which is where I really want to be toned. Any advice? I kickbox 3x week, and do nautilus 3x week. I hate running on the treadmill and doing the eliptical, but if thats what it will take i guess I will have to suck it up.

Start doing lunges and squats, you might also want to do leg presses.
These exercises will be realy grat for hamstrings, quads, and glutes.

It's about diet.... not only muscles.
Take a look in the female forum and you'll find a big bunch of friends with the same problem!

Try stretching, this will make them appear long and lean. Also, i've heard that the legs take the longest to show results, so its normal not to see any changes in a month. Also, fake tan always perks legs up!
