I am 5'7 and weigh aprox 119 lbs. The issue I need advice on is what diet I could follow to tone my body more, yet not loose any weight. I jump rope 20 min, 5x a week and use resistance rubber bands ( high reps) for my legs and 5lb. free weights for my arms. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

You don't indicate whether you're afraid to 'gain' weight or not.

"Toning" further requires building a bit more muscle - you can increase the weights you are using for arms, doing some shoulder and back exercises to add firmness and shapeliness. Add some lunges (holding those weights too) for the backside. Don't be worried about getting too 'muscled' .. even going to 10-15 lb weights won't do more than give you that "toned" look you seek.

This may mean you'll gain a few pounds according to the scale, but it shouldn't affect how your clothes fit, just make you look a bit more fab in them!!
