Hi! Another question, sorry I have so many. After running about 8km, I realized that after my sweat evaporated, my skin was rough- on closer inspection I realized that there were many many very tiny specks of white stuff, some even shiny. Is that normal? What is it? Someone once told me it was salt but I'm not too sure about that...
