Hi, I'm 44yrs old recently I started back to the gym! I've been doing treadmill and have notice that latly once I hit about the 18 - 20 min mark of walking the toes on my right foot start to tingle as if sleeping and hurt!
Has anyone ever heard of this, am I doning something wrong?
Can I do anything to provent it!

Thanks in advance

Damn I thought this was one of my Girls looking for me LOL just kidding!

Anyhow tingling toes may or can be back or nerve related and it's best to talk to your doctor. Even if you feel no back pain it may be a sign of it to come real soon.

If you don't stretch and are new to this activity your hip may be getting tight and a nerve like the sciatic may be getting pinched.

Now you can't take what I just said for word of gold and take it with a grain of salt because we can't exam you over the net but your doctor can.

Allot of time before some serious back pains happen little signs like this start to happen!

it could also be that your shins are getting some swelling andor your shoes are too tight across the top of your foot...
