Timing and splitting up suplements

Hey I was wondering what time of day it is best to take your muliti vitamin? Alos the kind I use is just one a day, is it going overboard to take two?
I also take vegegreens. This is also a once a day supplement. I just feel like an entire days worth of these things taken all at the same time can't be the best way to absorb it all. Does anyone know if its better to split the scoop in half?

I use a multi that is a 3 time a day..like you said, nutrient absorption may be more optimal in smaller spread out doses..maybe someone who has done more reading on this than I have will chime in, but I feel it is better to space them out throughout the day.
