Ok, I just finished my 8 week mass program and it was amazing, 15 lbs gained. Though I have an issue, my gains have been pretty slow, I've been stuck at around 135-136 lbs for about the past 2 or 3 weeks now, should I stick in some new exercises to beat the plateau? The program FT keeps giving me always has the same stuff in it... my diet has been great it's the same diet I used to gain all that weight at first but what do you guys think about using some new exercises to keep the gains coming?

i would think manipulating your diet would be the key to keeping your weight increase. try upping 250 cals, and see how that goes for you.

in terms of exercise, if your body is becoming stale, yes, some new exercises/techniques would be great. instead of bench press, for example, try reverse bench press. experiment with drop sets/supersets, change your rest time.. the possibilities are endless. remember to keep challenging your body, and the gains should continue to come.
