Does anyone have any suggestions for that bothersome fat in the inner thighs? I have done Plie squats...cardio as I should...abductor machines...they are getting on my nerves! I don't want to start a fire or anything! (Just kidding ;)

The very worst area!!!! I know it can be irritating but do what you are doing already; weight training, cardio, good diet and MASSAGE!
Girls, never neglect massage (with a good cream!) It will not burn any fat but drain the skin and activate the circulation, and together with exercise and diet, you'll get the wanted results. Good luck!!

Thanks Philia2 for the response =) I never even thought about massage...I tried a firming lotion (I know, I know) but maybe I can just get used to a massage out of the shower daily to get used to it.

Lol I just bought this huge rocking sort of machine with a cotten belt in the middle shaking me from side to side!! (o;
I tell you it makes wonders to tired legs or sore calves! I grap a magazine or watch TV and don't even think more about it.
With a good cream it's better to massage just after a warm shower but if you don't have the time then 5-10 mins of massage the night in front of the TV can do as well.
It fast becomes a pleasure and you'll be even more happy when you'll notice your legs firming up!
