Hi! Here's my problem: I have relatively thin forearms, and i would like to increase their muscle size.
Any suggestions? thanx

You can try wrist curls sitting on a bench, or you can do cable pull downs using the rope.you can get the description from this web site. Maybe we can get some other ideas too.

Sorry ...should be cable push downs and NOT pull downs.

You can try to do forearm exercises with heavy weights, but some people who have high metabolisms such as myself, will just have thinner forearms. I think it's pretty much the way it is.

You may try standing wrist curls. These are great for a forearm burn, best I have found, but as chris says, you may never really have thick forearms. They are vey small muscles. Good luck.

You can try to use an E-Z curlbar when doing your bicep curls, places more stress on your forearms but not too much on your wrists.
