Hi everyone, I'm new on here. I know that a lot of people asked about this, but I am too. I am 5'2" and weigh 134. I am trying to lose fat/ cellulite in my butt, thighs, and calves. I've been eating very healthy for a long time and have always gone to the gym for cardio/excercise machines in high repetitions, but after so many months, I have seen no results. Can you please help me? Any information would be very helpful (diets, excercise to lost fat in those areas) ..thanks a lot!

If you want the folks on this board to help you out you need to complete your profile and get more specific with your details.
The question you pose here seems to allude to a diet that doesn't suite your body type and excersize regimen. The detail will help to answer you question.
Advise of what excersize you are doing, how long have you been at it, also what you eat and when...how clean is your diet? Also have you been losing weight, 5'2" & 134 lbs seems quite lean to me??

heres my workout i have been doing:(machines)
Day 1
10 minute bike warm up
15 reps calf raises
15 rep leg press
15 rep leg curl
15 rep aduction and induction
15 rep butt ext machine
2o ab mat situps
15 power crunches
15 leg raises
15 oblique rotation
15-35 min cardio
Day two
10 minute bike warmup
15 rep chest press
15 rep lat pulldown
15 rep row
15 rep bicep curl
15 rep tricep ext
15 rep shoulder press
15-35 min cardio
when i stopped playing varsity soccer i started going to the gym november 2003 i normally try to go 4 days a weekwith a few breaks here and there bc of sports and work, i havnt been losing any wieght, i normally eat a bowl of cereal honey bunches or oats or a bagel at 7 on school days and then i have lunch around 11-12 normally a ham or tuna sandwhich or a yogurt, and i eat dinner around 530 or if i have work 7:30, however ive never really been on a diet bc i dont know what to eat and when etc.i have not always eaten helathy but i really want to i just need to be told whats good and when to eat it

is it easy to lift that?? just the one set?
look under the nutrition info - the BB1 grocery list is a great place to start
try writing down what you eat - check out the serving size & calories
