This is the best diet I have ever been on! I get to eat as much as I want (as much good stuff anyways... though I cheat a little), I don't seem to be gaining any body fat and my muscles have exploded! The strength I have gained in just the last 2 weeks is unreal! I am nearly back to where I left off when I fractured my wrist eight months ago! Eight months off and in only 2 weeks I have gained by almost all my old strength and body weight (gained nearly 4lbs already!). I guess muscle does retain memory.
On another topic:
Its such a good feeling getting back to lifting. When I was on my off time I was really down, even depressed at times watching my gains disappear, everything I worked so hard for waste away. At some points I didn't think I would ever be able to get back into lifting. But I never gave up hope and kept in shape through other means (cardio, lower body).
But I don't think I could have gained everything back this fast with out all the great advice I got from freetrainers.com. Thanks alot!
So everyone out there thats forced to take some down time due to an injury. Don't worry about it! Just keep in shape and even if it takes months to heal its still very possible to get it back fast!

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
