When i look at my exercise program this site has made up, its says 20 for the first set. Is this suppose to be a warmup set? On other sites, i heard that you shouldn't do more than like 12 reps in order to gain muscle. Please clarify this for me!

It is a warm up set. That is correct.

Thanks Charlie...one more thing. As the reps decreases, should i increase the weight, or is it alright to keep it at the same weight?

I think it depends what you are after, but it seems to be the common theme to increase the weight each set...
Someone correct me if I'm wrong! :)
