Well the week off is over and tonight starts another 3 month run at the weights. I really really suggest to anyone who hs been lifting hard for 3-4 months to take a week off! It not only allows you to rest (hence grow) but builds that desire to get back to it! So look out weights the Mutt is back!!!!!!!

Heh welcome back Mutt. I bet you're gonna be cranked tonight huh? Maybe I should take a break sometime soon.. but I'm feeling quite anxious from the nicotine withdrawal.. NEED OUTLET!! =)

Glad you enjoyed your rest and are back hungrier than ever. Sometimes you need to kick back to get into it better than ever.
