hello, im 14 years old and little over 4 foot , and i weigh 54KG; i have a lot of tummy fat, and legs or chuddby arms, its really only been 2 years since i noticed it; but now its notacable.
please can u tell me some exercises that i can do to loose the wieght and a helthy diet; thank you
