the blood?

i dont now if anyone can anser this but when you give blood, should you work out the same day, after all the blood level is low?

In you previous post you chastised the people who use too much weight without proper form because as you stated you are studying medical practice/fitness. So I would venture to say that someone as intelligent as yourself could probably take a wild stab in the dark as to the answer for this question.

Yeah i could do that, but its better to know for sure.
as far as my studies go im only in first year, and that all been esa's on healf & safty.

I was told even after providing a routine sample of blood for the standard dr exams that I shouldn't work out that night. I think that was a little over the top, but I wouldn't suggest it after donating

you just gave a pint of blood........hmmmmm think about it i'm not in the medical field by no means.....i'm just taking regular college classes ............theres a line between knowledge and plan common sense ............sorry don't mean to be rude or prude but seriously

You should be alright if you stick to the heavy compound lifts. Squats, deadlifts, etc. I wouldn't work arms though. For more info search fit buddy. Of course, you could also do as bigandrew said and use common sense!
