Hey, i was just watching the Biggest Loser and im surprised how much weight these guys loose in a week. They lose like 5-12 lbs a week. Some are around the same weight as me but they lose so much more. Do any of you get results like this? I thought a healthy goal to lose was like 1-2lbs per week but when the trainers hear how much weight people lose they kind of get disapointed if its like 1-3. I guess the expert help they get helps.
