hi everyone does anyone know if the 12 week ab program work please tell me honestly,i have already started it but i wanna know if i am wasting my time or it is really working

Hello members,

just as a note - we will be having a feedback poll for the 12 week ab special, 12 week mass special as well as many other specials to follow. This will give you all an idea as to what results can be expected.

Also, we will be introducing a body transformation challenge later this year. This will include multiply categories and specifications. Please stay tuned for further news.

i think im gona try out that 12 week ab program ive never really had a real workout that ive kept up for abs so i think this will be good and will work for me

It will work as long as your diet and cardio are in place to make it work.

what you need to remember about abs is that it you don't need to do 200+ reps and 5+ sets to get a 6 pack...you don't need to put 4 plates on your chest while doing crunches (eg) to work them either. What's important the most is the form and how hard you contract them...every rep should take a count of 3-4 sec pausing at top and then lowering yourself slowly...you have to work the lower abs..obliques aswell...so reg crunches aint enough.
