has input boxes for weight used. All the excercises are without weights that i can tell. crunches, leg lifts, ect. do i just leave those blank when i am putting my info in

I did... if you add some weights, like a plate or ankle weights, input those...

You may want to put in the number of reps, so that when you increase, you will see the gains.
