My lats are are in pain today! (Actually began to feel it yesterday) As I've said before, I've worked out two previous times for about 3 or 4 months each, and I never had them feel like this. BUT I LOVE IT!!!. I really want to go work them again right now, but I know I need to give it a couple more days.
