for the advice. I feel so weak because this happened on my first routine. I have along way to go to be strong, but I will keep up with the routines and not get discouraged. I know that I need to start eating alot more. So far I haven't gotten to the calorie intake in my nutrition profile. I am thinking of adding protien shakes. To all of you on this site that have come so far, and have the endurance, strength, and determination to get where you are today and in the future, I give you much credit and hope to follow in your paths.

You may want to try meal replacememnts to help get your calories up, and some smart snacks.
Forgot to tell you, your pics are very nice.

Email me on here with what you are presently eating and how often, and your weight/heigth. There are numerous mrp's out there, but maybe we can start with real food first.

Thanks again. Ok, I almost reached my calorie requirements yesterday 746 short!! ugh! Thats alot. Here's what I had.

breakfast
Egg beaters 1/4 cup = one egg, I had 3/4 cups
1 orange
mini bagel with about 1 tsp light cream cheese
1 cup of coffee w/ 2 tsp sugar

lunch
tuna made w/ 1 tbsp of light miracle whip
whole wheat pocket
4 oz cottage cheese
10 raw baby carrots

dinner
small skinless boneless white meat chicken breast cooked with condensed chicken soup, mixed vegi's and mushrooms, in olive oil.
did horrible with water yesterday, had a iced mocha latte, and about 4 beers last night. Horrible with the fluid intake. I know I should probably add some healthy snacks in between meals. :(
