hi, im 18 almost 19 and was looking for a test booster that will give me more sex drive, lessen fatigue, and help gain and maintain muscle mass. As far as male characteristics like body hair etc im doing fine, i dont know why i am having these secondary problems related to low testosterone. Anyways, any good test boosters that are safe for people my age?

Low testosterone may not be your problem. If fatigue and sex drive is your problem, look to your diet for the cause. Log everything you eat and drink for one week and analyze the crap out out it before taking a supplement that may not even solve your problem. Too much of one nutrient can cause deficiencies of another. Be sure to look at all macro- and micronutrients.

Right now i focus on getting alot of calories, i take b-complex, i make sure i get vitamins A&C, i drink that fiber powder. As far as training i mix heavy weight training with cardio.
As far as testosterone i have alot of body hair, and deep voice, the only problems are sex drive, fatigue, and maintaining muscle mass. So im confused of why i have some symptoms of normal testosterone and some lacking alot?

Yep...get a blood panel done. You could be secondary hypogonadal, you could also have thryoid issues.(my guess)

Take that list with you. As I said, a regular endo will probably tell you you don't need anything, because they do not understand/or want to. They are in the business of throwing a prescription at each symptom, rather than getting to the root cause.

It sounds a lot to me like you just want an easy way to get big muscles. If your concerned about yout T level, get the bloodwork done. If all you want is big muscles, eat right, lift and rest.:)

No, im not looking for an easy way, ive been training hard and eating right for 4 years and have barely gained anything, then i see guys that dont know what the hell their doing in the gym and havent even heard of deadlifts and dont even bother doing free-weight squats getting ripped. I feel like theres a missing link somewhere not working right, i have the feeling like my testosterone is lagging behind. Just the way i feel, at my age i should be in my prime and feel strong, somethings not working right, ive thought about going to get a test many times then just looked for an alternative. Ive read alot on weightlifting and training over the years and i know what im doing, and busted my ass in the gym many times. If low testosterone is holding me back then why shouldnt i be looking for a way to improve my life? Ill go get a test and finally put this to rest.
