hey Guys...I'm New to FT. I play varsity tennis and will start at ne of the top D# schoolss in the nation next year. I need some help with nutrition. I was wondering what I can eat too be a more fit. I am on a 3 days a week gym schedule in addtion to my tennis. I do full body workouts. Thanks for the help guys

You need to consume protein on every meal. Keep them lean (i.e. chicken breast, tuna, turkey, etc.).

I will agree with robert here, however be careful who you take advice from. There are sites out there that will tell you low carb dieting is the way to go. As far as physique enhancement goes, this is one of the most effective forms of dieting for a number of reasons, but I am dead set against it for athletes.
Depends what you mean by more fit? Performing at the top of your ability, or do you have weight loss/gain goals?

Perofrmin at the top of my ability. I dont need to lose weight. I am set in that respect.
