Ever have one of those days where you just don't want to make anymore decisions? Well this is one of them for me. I'm entered in my first 5k race this coming Sunday morning and I can't decide how to train tonight and tomorrow (fri and sat) with that in mind.<br>
I've been doing the WSSC Lifting routine which means that I've done this so far:<br>
Monday: Chest,Back<br>
Tuesday: Legs<br>
Wednesday: Abs, cardio<br>
Thursday: Rest<br>

Normally I would do Back/Chest tonight and Legs on Saturday but obviously doing a legs day prior to a run...not such a good idea. I'm a little OCD about this kinda stuff which means i've been just talking myself in circles about what I should do. What I'm asking for here is someone to just TELL ME what to do so I don't just end up sitting here in my PJs :)<br>
