No their is no such thing as spot-reduce unless it is done surgically.

Do you mean weigh one particular area? If that's the case, I don't think you can unless you are very flexible... the best way is to use a tape measure or calipers...

calories are burned throughout the body, not just from stomach or butt or hips......the mis conception is. For example.... I have a 42in wiast, if I do 100 crunchs a day for a year i'll get a 6 pack and look like 50 cents stomach? Worng, if anything the etra muscle unde rthe fat will make my waist get bigger. You add 1 in of muscle uder 3 in of fat.....its gonna make the fat stick out another in! Cardio will help with fat loss, as well as a clean diet.

This is the most frustrating thing about working out, hands down. I wish spot reducing was possible. That would make things so much easier.
