Just go ahead and send me your old stats and new stats......and i'll make a new post with these catagories.....
1.
bench ( best/highest for body weight)
squat
dl
2. bigest increase for each lift(% wise)
*you hay have the highest lift, but not the the highest increase:angry: )
I'll take results threw the 7th......any other catagories let me know....

Erm, I don't think anyone took me up on the cardio challenge, but just for info this is what happened:
Start -
resting pulse 66
Vo2Max 46
Anaerobic threshold 164
finish -
resting pulse 62
Vo2Max 45
Anaerobic threshold 166

Bench 36/152=0.23
Squat 105/152=0.69
DL 65/152=0.43
Finish
Bench 56/152=0.37
Squat 135/152=0.89
DL 105/152=0.69
These numbers look pretty wimpy compared to the big boys, but I'm pretty happy with my progress:)
