Ive been working out since march now and since i had a partyin labor day weekend in Newport and Providence, ive decided to take this week off since its taken til about now to recover. But my question is that i hear it is good for every now and then to take a week off.
1. Even though im not working out should i keep on doing cardio?? or should i not do anything?
2. Just curious to know if my metabolism will slow at all if i will gain any fat or anything.

If you have been working out pretty intensly since March, it's time for a week off. My advice: don't do any lifting or cardio - give your body it's well deserved rest, but keep your diet in line. Taking a week's break will not harm your body or your progress; if anything, you will only benefit from it.
