i have been wondering how to do tabata and keen to do it as i hear its very benificial to boxers. anyone noe if i should do the tabata training through a circuit like splitting the four minutes of 20 sec explosive and 10 sec rest into 8 different exercises wit some being plyometrics or do the four minutes of 20 sec explosive and 10 sec rest with just 1 exercise? and oso after the 4 minutes should i continue with the next 4 minutes if i were to attempt a second set, after a 10 second rest or a 1 minute rest?
pls reply asap if u got the answer to my questions. my fight is in 2 months and i got no time to waste. thx =)

I used them (along with complexes) to get my conditioning up to top levels in a matter of weeks, as opposed to other fighters that would condition year round.
Give them a shot, you'll feel it's a lot more specific to boxing than running is.

Stick with one exercise, but make it a total body lift, like front or overhead squats.
