I've been doing workout DVD's for about a month and a half now and I've been switching the routine about every 2 weeks so far so my body doesn't get too used to the routine. MY question is though, can I switch back to one of my older DVD's and have it be like new or will my body still be too used to it?
I think you need to worry more about your body getting used to one specific type of cardio, like workout DVDs rather than a particular DVD. Incorporate different types of cardio and HIIT to vary intensities.
Depending on your goals, which you should fill out, weightlifting would also be a good thing.
