ok so in my fitness profile i have a rest on thursday and sunday but i find it hard to keep to my schedule on the weekends can i just workout everyday of the week and rest on weekends>?
Any 2 days off will be fine. A 5 day on, 2 off will work out great. Many folks take the weekend off. Just don't take the weekend off of your diet too badly!!:big_smile:
